Description | Name: Albireo β☉ | Type: Multi-Star | Class: Matriarch | Element: Fire |
Celestial Beings are the true forms of the orbs we see from earth. They're close to being gods, as some of them have the power to cultivate life. A Celestial Being has no gender, sexuality, or need to reproduce, but most retain a need to socialize, or at very least, keep together in groups as they float across an endless void. There can be all types of Celestial beings, as the only definition of them is their ability to float organically in space.
The "Star" type of Celestial Being are comparable to the status of Kings and Queens. They maintain a vast territory capable of holding the amount of planets in their group, and protect the group from other stars that may seek to devour planets or take territory from them. A Planet in their system will follow them loyally while in their care, but unfortunately are bound to an inescapable tyranny. They are highly aggressive and dangerous Celestial Beings, notorious for going insane as they age into Red Giants and devouring planets in their own Solar System. They always have the Element of Fire, and are so powerful the only things known to be able to take them out are other Stars, or Black Holes. Eventually their power becomes to great for their bodies, and they implode into White Dwarfs. Suns cannot have moons, as they devour anything that stays to close for to long. Most Stars prefer to orbit alone, but when in love they will circle each other endlessly.
A 'Multi-star' Subclass of sun refers to suns that rule in groups over one solar system. While pairs are the most typical kind of Multistar systems, it is possible to extend this subclass to even larger groupings of suns (Triple Star, etc.) at a steep increase to their rarity. Multistar systems can include all varieties of suns.

Albireo, also known as Beta Cygni (A & B),  is the fifth-brightest point of light in the constellation of Cygnus , and a rare double star consisting of a Red Giant: Albireo A, and a White Dwarf: Albireo B. While these stars once had seperate names and kingdoms, they were forced to team up after the elder star in vacinity imploded into a black hole, back when they were both young stars. With their forces combined, after many casualties the duo managed to defeat their foe, and though the danger has long since passed they have remained together since, looking after a much smaller system and enjoying growing old together. Albireo A is considered to be the more ferocious of the two, and is extremely protective of Albireo B, in part because of the lose of its eye during the battle against the black hole. Albireo B is much more mild mannered, even by sun standards, and is skilled in resolving conflicts with diplomacy rather than violence. It is much smaller than A, almost 1/3 the size, and is beginning to burn out and be at risk of implosion. Due to this, mentally it is starting to have sudden out-of-character bouts of rage and violence, attempting to attack whatever is closest to it (usually Albireo A). When this happens Albireo A is forced to restrain B by wrapping it up in its coils until it calms down. However, because Albireo B is much older than A, it is speculated that once the star finally does implode into a black hole, it will tragically consume A, along with the system they worked so hard to protect.

Oof you have a planetarium! What an exciting concept- especially with such exceptional skills to pull it off- how many celestial beings are you up to now?

Awe thanks. :3
I didn't mean I had a Planetarium tho haha, Planitarium is just the brand for the adoptables and lore.
And um gosh idk...a lot. Maybe I think around 25-26 now? I have a group for them if you want to check them out in more detail:

They're an adoptable/buyable where I post celestial bodies for people to purchase and eventually they transform into the finished products you see now. I'm in the process of making a dice game for them too, so people can use them to battle each other for the funsies.

Woah, man. I checked it out and joined the group if that's okay- it really is an interesting concept, and surprising to see how far you've brought it considering your skills look like that of someone who'd be swamped with commission work (but, maybe like the special artists, you are swamped; you just handle it easily).
Can't wait to see how it turns out! (Particularly that dice game)

Yea of course it's an open group
I'm not swamped haha I wish. I'm lucky if I make one sale a year. -cries-

Thanks though you flatter me <3
The dice game will require ppl have discord because it has a dice bot. Only way I could figure out to have a random number generation system over the internet in realtime haha. Should be done soonish.
