RE2 is one of my favorites. Are the controls good? Hell no! Is it full of awkward dialog but cool characters and environments? Oh boy, yes!I will love this game forever; someday I must make time to draw seriously badass RE2 fanart instead of this weird mix of humor and...whatever else is going on here.

I agree; Resident Evil 2 is still great. Unfortunately I don't have a copy because my idiot brother went and lost the N64. This is why I don't trust him with stuff. I think I should see if I can get a copy of the gamecube version.Β

You may be in luck - there are many different versions of RE2 out and about! Β Your simplest and cheapest bet might be the digital version found on the Playstation Network, if you have a PSP or PS3. Β Otherwise, there are surely PS1 or PC (or N64/Gamecube!) copies roaming ebay. Β Good luck! Β Β

I actually just bought a used PS3. I did see an option for buying games so I guess that would be it. I did get an account too; I just need to find my password. I might just buy the digital version since Game Stop no longer carriers game-cube games. Thanks for the suggestions!

Leon is so awkward in this one (from what I've seen played), but he turns into such a badass in 4 and up. Great art as usual, even if it's a silly pic lol

Oh no no no - RE4 is a really good game, and as long as you have a hang for the pre-RE4 games' stories I think you're good. I love the old ones (especially RE2) but could never honestly recommend the old RE gameplay styles, unless you like being driven into a controller-throwing rage. XD
