Description Beautiful Dahlia I found in a flower bed at Bicton Park in Devon while on holiday last month.

I was really pleased about the amount of detail the camera captured and I think it really is a gorgeous example of the type of flower (with my limited knowledge of plants anyway!)
so I thought I'd share something a bit different to usual.

Thank you so much!! it's a slight fluke that the stem of the flower isn't more obvious - sort of looks like it's floating in the frame!! and cheers for the fave - really appreciated!!!
