I actually like how Scar turned out, and Banzai too. I need to do a bit more with Sarafina, but for now I am content to leave as is.

Anyways, it is my belief that Sarafina died during Scar's reign. Nala must have gotten her feisty attitude from somewhere, so I'm guessing she didn't take kindly to Scar's tyrannical rule.
