Effect of Glowing eye was made in foto Filtre but In paint I made only that Title

Kay, I picked up Rhombus and pointed horizontal into Juri's eye. Then by using Hue variation I made this spot pink. Then I pointed that spot again by Rhombus and Used Gradient to make some effect. I choosed Direction "Bottom to Top" and I choosen 2 colours - White and Pink. When I coloured it I did the same but upright. Then I used "Blur tool" to make it nicer. Then I did this again but with Juri's Eye. Then I make it darker and the rest in paint.
