I need to stop designing new characters because I have nothing to use them for RIP

I can't decide if I wanna name him Vin or York but I'll think of something eventually maybe

He's clumsy, naïve, and a bit of a jokester. He's also a time traveler from the future, and can use his watch to jump back and forth between different timelines, but it takes him a little while to be able to time jump again, like he can't just do it again immediately after
