I knew that butterfly would take him somewhere nice. I'm blaming Patches for putting this idea in my head, after all I only planned to make the butterfly calico...and then there was all this. XD

Rough sketch cause honestly some of these frames are SO tiny...I might ink/color, I'm not sure yet...I'm afraid to right now.

Plays out like a story board it does...actually it'd make a cute animation... .... on second thought I think my hand would cramp up and fall off. XD

As always Patches belongs to I'm sorry I keep spamming all this fan art of them, they're just so damn cute. XD

Oh goodness that's a cute way for that to end! Patches' big O.O eyes when the butterfly closes it's wings is kind of funny. XD And then the butterfly hightailing it out of there like "My work here is done!" The whole thing came off with a very storyboardish feel to it, so I think you accomplished what you set out to do.

The eyes behind the butterfly is the picture that made me think "I should animate this whole thing" XD but then the thought of just how many frames I'd have to animate...omfg no. XD And thanks I think I'm a little too obsessed with them, but I enjoy it so what's the harm. Not my fault they're so cute

Yeah, 20 frames minimum per scene, times 14 scenes, times at least 2 seconds in each one is roughly 550 drawings, not counting for reused drawings. That would be insane. XD

There's no harm in being a fan. I'd have to say you're the number one fan of them both at this point with not much competition vying for that title. X3

20 frames might be to slow. I know for film it takes 24 frames per second to make it move in normal time. Might be the same for animation too... not sure. =/

The most I've ever managed to do is something with uh, 21 frames I think it was...and even that felt like it was lacking. XD

Well there should be competition, but I'm happy to hold that title in the meantime. XD
