Houston, we have an obsession. I repeat, we have an obsession. Hey, I'm not gonna complain -- it's making me draw again, and after a three month slump that's downright fantastical. I will say that I do have other projects in the works, both old and new, but right now I'm having way too much fun with the Invader Zim style. Which I'm still not very good at but, eh... I think I'm getting a little better? Anyways! Maybe I should have separated these into three different uploads buuut... I do like doing these sketch dumps. In this case it's more of a comic dump. When/if I ever get around to coloring these I'll probably post them individually.

The three panel comic on the top is pretty random and I have no idea what's going on here or what Dib might be saying... maybe I'll figure it out by the time I color it, but if you guys wanna make up something up in the meantime, go crazy! To be perfectly honest I'm a sucker for the concept of Zim and Dib eventually becoming friends. I already see them as weird frenemies, hence the title. ZADF = yay! ZADR = nay. This is NOT intended to be anything more than friendship -- I'm not into romantic stuff. But if you are, cool beans (filthy, filthy beans), view it however you want. I promise I won't liquefy your organs (maybe)!

The comic right below that is what I imagine might happen as Dib starts growing taller. I don't think Zim would be very happy about it... but hey! PAK leg extensions. Problem solved. Victory for ZIM! Oh, in case you're wondering why he has his disguise on in the first panel but not the other two -- that's because I hadn't planned on this turning into a comic. By the time I sketched the second panel I had forgotten he had his disguise on in the first and, frankly, I like drawing his buggy alien eyes more anyway so... so there! XD

Last but not least, the two sketches off to the right were not intentionally drawn to go together (which is why the handcuffs seen in the top sketch are not in the bottom one) but they kinda work that way. I really had a ridiculous amount of fun with those poses and expressions. Just the human stink boy and his most AMAZING arch-nemesis/future overlord doing what they do best. What? No, I don't play favorites between these two. ZIMWILLRULEYOUALL. K, bye.
