Description
This picture, which you can also call "The Last Green Leaf", is based on my favorite song from the TLK musical, "Shadowland" (which ironically has the same tune as "This Land" which was always my favorite TLK music from the very first time I ever saw the movie) Anyways Nala is somewhat of an adolescent in this picture. In the background (and I don't do huge backgrounds like this often) are some of the hyenas ordering the lionesses off on a hunt (Nala is still too young to join them at this point) while Scar looms over pride rock. Nala is sadly looking at the last green leaf that just fell off into a pool of rainwater. This represents the last reminder of what the Pridelands once were.
