I haven't tried my hand any anything "realistic" in a really long time now but for some reason I wanted to give it a shot. I was partially inspired by a recent photo I took of my dog Wahya (see here: sta.sh/01fcdx1du5sc ) and used that as somewhat of a reference, especially for Socks.

Anyways, Suski the coyote and Socks the wolfdog... in the real world! Uh, kind of? Despite my nitpicks I'm actually pretty happy with these. Might throw some color on them at some point, I dunno. I've been drawing these two more again and should have more sketches of them (and other things) up soon-ish.
