After a series of pecks, Devon snuggled into Curtis' chest.... Then whispered in her lower octave, mumbly voice, "Hey mister. You ready for tonight?"

"Hey yourself." Curtis shot back. "This is some greeting.... and I'm not complaining...."

"I missed you...."

"From Super Bowl...."

"Shut up and kiss me again...."

"I can do that...."

As the two kissed, Devon began to imagine she was a WWII nurse welcoming her Army Air Force officer lover back from war.... this lingered a little longer than appropriate for a public display of affection till Curtis broke it off....

Jason, Devon's boss started on in a manner pretending to not be interested..... The shop was empty so it wasn't a big deal with the exception of the little tinge he felt.... "Why?" he thought..... "Yeah, she's cute, but she annoys the crap out of me and is way too involved in company business.... with my grandmother, the owner. Add to that he and Curtis knew other. They played football together when he was a senior and Curtis was a sophomore in HS....

It was confusing....

Notes: Yes, Devon is being really immature here..... Last year there was no Curtis as he was away in school. Instead, she helped Skyler with her date with Derek.... This time, she wanted the whole day off to get ready..... Jason said everyone except the long-term people could have the day off. As a result, Devon is being childish about having to work....
