Okay, this here is my take on the final secret boss, and I think it is Seam thats gonna be that boss. Seam is quite knowledgeable about shadow crystals, and he mentions on save states, showing that he knew where to claim those unclaimed crystals if not collected. Seam feels a bit perfect as secret boss to me, if you collected all the crystals first.

Bio-
A darkner who has been traveling around each and every corner. He must visited alot of places back in the days. He explore to his heart contents and knew everything he saw. Gaining power which each waking second from the items he been collecting. However, as time passes by, this here darkner has to make a stop and secure a place to stay for his own life sake. He stayed hoping that someone will look for him, but atlast he was discarded in a forgotten land like the others. Seam, a man who was vigorous and determine to travel once again, had lost hope and accepted his fate. He set a shop of what he has collected, given that he has nothing to do. A MAN appeared to him one day and offer a gift, Seam however denied it and never seen him again. Soon he met Jevil, a little oddball at the time, seen Seam struggles and offer him to visit the Kings to give something more. Seam hessantly agrees and present himself as the court magician alongside with Jevil. Together they present wonders, wonders I do say as Seam saw a new hope gleaming...it did not last long.
