Yes, ES1 No. 2 will be coming to Sodor.

1965 saw many developments around Killdane and Peel Godred (along with other additions), the new businesses meant more work for the Peel Godred engines, and Sir Charles started looking for a smaller shunter to help with the smaller jobs and shunting at both Killdane and Peel Godred yards. The previous year, both NER ES1s were withdrawn from service, No. 1 'Vincent' was due to be preserved, but No. 2 'Kelsey' wasn't as fortunate, and was sitting in a siding awaiting her fate. One of TFC's contacts on the mainland informed him of this, and he purchased Kelsey to be the shunting engine on the Peel Godred line.
