Duncan was built in 1918, built in Andrew, Barclay Sons and Company with his brother Douglas. as a 0-4-2WT, like Fletcher was replaced into Jennings worked on the Mid Sodor Railway. the two Jenningses work together with Fletcher and John, in 1931 was returned into Duncan again, In 1958 the company disestablished, and he was back to the Skarloey Railway.
