Plot: Takes place after the Pacifist Route, Underground was known for its growing “Gem Flowers” (replaced with Echo Flowers) means there’s a new monster would be born.

Gem flowers was known to have different kinds of magical abilities with every different types of gems and monsters. There were 10 kinds of gem flowers and two of it was known to be rare ones, told to be those are to mortals (humans).
Frisk and Chara fell on the patch of golden diamond flowers, one of the rarest gem flowers found in the ruins. Along the way, Frisk and Chara made friends and gave mercy (especially Frisk) to every monsters they encountered. At the end, along with the 6 souls, Monsters were freed from the Underground.
Even they were on the surface, Frisk felt there’s missing. Frisk wants to use the gem flowers to use its abilities to bring back Asriel and the other monsters to live with them. A year passed, it was successful, Dreemurr Family were completed again.
A new kingdom at the Surface, a new rule was established, “Humans and Monsters are welcome to live on our New Home.“
Everything was so complete, Frisk was so happy after everything she did. Her sister, her new family and friend, they’ll live a happy life that no one could imagine would happen.
7 years later, Dreemurr Family went gone. War broke between humans and monsters again, new kingdom starts to fall, monsters starts to lose hope and never been seen again. Told that a witch made a four barriers beyond the fallen kingdom, became the new ruler, waiting to gain its greatness and have it’s victory to humans once more.
Time pass by, Frisk and Chara both grew up living with a former warrior of the fallen kingdom, Kris, who saved them from the war. Both want to solve the mystery behind the lost of Dreemurr Family, to save all the monsters and bring back the kingdom.
