So, this is a fan art actually. I don't know, I just kinda got inspired to draw this scene.
This drawing is based on scene that happen in a fanfiction written by
Why Donna is in hospital is something you'll have to read yourself to find out. I'm not spoiling!
You're probably wondering why I've drawn Donna wearing her normal clothes since she's hospitalize. Well, this scene is happening not too long before she arrived to the hospital, I'm thinking that she just haven't gotten the hospital clothes yet. (Or if she's ever going to get one. I guess it depends how long she's going to stay there.)

Hi, I love your pictures. These are incredible. I really love them . I'm just wondering if you have any tips for a new beginner who likes to draw the ratchet and clank but also lombax?

And about giving tips, it depends on what you would like to know. Is there anything specific you would like to know?

For exempel the eye and the body👍👌

When I'm coloring eyes, I like to use around 5 or 6 hue of the color, going from the darkest to the brightest. It's something I do with pretty much the whole character. It helps make the characters pop more out and gives a sense of depth. 
About how I color the eyes is easier for me to show than trying to explain.
With the Lombax body, remember Ratchet has bigger hands, feet and head compared to a human. But of course, that depends more on your style. As for me I like to go with the bigger body parts as I think is make him look more cute.
To be honest, I don't really know what else to tell you about the body, so ask if there's anything you want to know more about.
