Another one from 2011. Made with copics and watercolour. Back then i had a love for odd things, opium, absinthe and other interesting stuff in history.

Undoubtedly that legendary lady in the Mae West mold who strictly ignored all the warnings to avoid all the things that Mother preached about -- and maybe ignore everyone of them at the same time too. i wonder if the lovely lady with all of her highly addictive habits might have a phobia about getting too much pure red blood in her alcohol and narcotic system! What an outstandingly well rendered scene of magnificent theme.

Ah, sigh, you sure said it. I tremble at how many exceptional stories have been lost to history because of being destroyed by the production code. All the opium and absinth femme fatales who would actually have gotten away with it under a system absent artificial morality.
