Haha, Oh Dwight. Right you are.

Everyone likes Jim, in The Office. Because he's charming.
But how about Dwight? Well, Dwight is just outright awesome.

Plus he's wearing his mustard shirt!

I took a kind of new, more messy approach with this vector.

My original idea was to have Dwight with a thought bubble over his head thinking about a beet. But it didn't seem to work with the color scheme. What do you think?

I have only seen little clips of the English version before. I've always heard the opposite before though, that the English one is a lot funnier. But I guess I have to check it out myself to judge.

Okay you HAVE to tell me how you did the messy paintbrush-like paths without messing up the shadings.

Haha it's pretty easy once you get the hang of it.
The original picture didn't have that much contrast, so I kind of made up where to place the paintbrush strokes to create volume.

I used lots of different opacities (usually below 50%) and set the layers to Multiply, overlay, and screen.
