I love this smug bastard. I love the pinkish/purple tone over it and the small details in the face/expression like the teeth, shine over the eyelids and such. It's very simplistic yet stunning at the same time, though there is room for improvement.
The snout is a bit big/crooked but that might just be me.
I don't have much else to say... But I love this either way! Good job OP!

This is absolutely awesome! I love the anatomy and the creative use of color that makes the artwork pop. Everything looks relatively clean and he has a very dynamic expression, which makes the artwork even more appealing. The only thing I could suggest for improvement on future pieces like this is to maybe incorporate some layers of shadow around places like the neck in order to push the piece even further. You could even add some softer shading as well in order to make him look fluffier, but that isn't a requirement, since your current hard shading is already so stunning. Overall, I absolutely love the piece, and its brilliant to see this in comparison to the one made back in 2017. You've really come a long way!
