Another Pokemon Commission I am absolutely thrilled to have had the honor of making!

I learned how 2 Draw BUBBLES!!!

And also played with curving the background, and made ocean stuff!
(Ive never drawn waves before either!)

This was just so much fun making, and I am very happy with how this adorable bean came out!
