Description Vale from Golden Sun, who doesn't wish they lived here?

I tried to recreate Vale how I see it. If I could I'd recreate whole Weyard.

Paint tool sai used, and photo reference for the village.

Glad you like it! Golden Sun needs more love.
I have a similar unfinished drawing of Imil and Mercury Lighthouse, maybe I'll finish it someday.

Thanks! Having a reference is very helpful during these paintings. 

When I finished this I didn't like it at first, it felt unfinished. But it grew to me I guess.

I actually rather like the unfinished aspect, though why, I can't actually say for sure. It must be something of the feel, some sort of mysterious element; like my mind is trying to fill in the blanks, in a way.

If my memories are right there are two places with water elements. One is a village far north and the other is a lost civilization.

this is very very well done. i too love golden sun. i just hope this is vale after the big ass boulder falls and it was rebuilt XD i wouldnt want to go through that crazy time.
