Yeah...but it's often implied that Rainbow is gay, a transvestite, or actually a guy (take the .mov series for example). This appears to be one of those instances, since nothing else really works.
Besides, it never says Rainbow ISN'T a girl. Β Perhaps she's simply shocked when asked to measure her nonexistent dick. Maybe she doesn't know what it is, considering ponies don't have genitals in the first place.

In the show, there are plenty of instances where pony crotch is shown in all of it's glory, without genitals. The people who add genitals are sick bastards.

The point is, as horrible and sick as it may be to actually draw something like that, it's still possible.

Just because it's possible doesn't mean it's a good idea. There are lots of examples of this: ranging from smashing pumpkins on Halloween to genocide.Β
Of course, horse porn isn't nearly as serious as genocide, but as long as it's ammunition for haters, I'm never going to support it.

In my opinion, 'cloppers' are just furries. Β Whether they know it or not.
If they like ponies like that, they would probably like other animals like that.
And many of the 'rule 34' pics I've seen were pretty anthropomorphic, which further suggests cloppers are furries.

Actually (somewhat ironically), bronies and furries tend to be fierce rivals in many instances, as far as I can tell.
Honestly though, there is a grain of truth in that the fandoms have a LOT in common.
Also, mainly for this very reason, making any blanket statement about furries is just as bad as making blanket statements about bronies. Just throwing that out there.

Wow, it's been almost a year since I made that comment.Β But since then my opinions have changed a little.
In the time since posting that comment I have become far more accepting of other peoples' strange interests.Β While this doesn't mean I support the things I used to be so against, it does mean that I'm more open to the idea that a single interest, be it MLP or being a furry, doesn't detract from the person as a whole.Β It simply means that they are interested in that particular thing.
I used to loathe furries for even existing.Β But I've become a lot more accepting of them over time.Β I slowly started to see that there are furries out there that are perfectly normal people, and it would be very hard to distinguish their interest unless they purposely made it apparent.Β I gradually realized that it would be wrong of me to instantly judge a person for an interest of theirs when I would hope others wouldn't do the same to me.Β It irritates me when people assume that because I watch MLP that I'm a perverted freak and I MUST be sexually attracted to these colorful horses, so I made the decision not to judge furries and others so critically myself.
It goes without saying that there are creepy people out there, and those creepy people have interests as well as the rest of us.Β But just because someone has an interest that is 'different' or that is shared by people who would be considered perverted doesn't mean that they themselves are perverted.Β If Hitler liked MLP does that mean anything against the rest of us? No.Β Hitler was an avid artist, does that mean that artists are horrible people? No.Β And to make such similarities between otherwise completely different people just because they share a particular, unrelated interest is indescribably stupid.
I now have several friends that are cloppers, or furries, or both.Β And the way I deal with them is as follows: I simply tell them that I don't like the particular thing that they are interested in, and ask that they leave me out of it.Β If you don't like something, fine.Β But no matter how much you hate something, that doesn't mean it will go away.Β Just accept the fact that it exists and continue with your life.Β Everyone has interests that other people would disagree with, some more so than others, but that's all that means.Β People's opinions differ, but that doesn't mean you have to hate them for having different opinions.Β People who disagree on seemingly major things, such as religion, can get over those differences and be friends.Β And anyways, opinions change, sometimes drastically.
I know and accept that there are people in this world that are creepy.Β There's not a whole lot that can be done about that.Β But it's really down to how you handle it that determines what becomes of it.Β You can live your life in fear and loathing, or you can get over it and accept that you're pretty strange yourself.
That's my rant.Β Whether you agree or disagree is fine with me.

A lot can change in a year, haha. At the time you'd posted that original comment, I'd basically just became a brony.
I likewise have a very wide variety of friends. It's often quite useful to have a diverse range of thoughts and opinions on a subject.
Furries and Bronies certainly have a lot more in common than they'd care to admit xD
