Nothing too flashy, just a celebratory picture I put together.
2016 and 2017 have been kinda depressing. Maybe the world will come to its senses in 2018, if ignorance decides to not reign supreme.

Hmmmmm..... I like it, but there are some changes that could be made here and there. The first thing that I noticed was that you used SFM for this piece. This is my own opinion, but I personally don't think that these are considered art, but more of posing. I can tell that you put effort into this, and it is honestly a great piece, but maybe try drawing instead of using... I don't know.... Figures? The concept is really nice, but try drawing the characters. If you look at my profile I paint and draw them... and maybe you could look at some painting to see what they might look like. Good job, but maybe make a few adjustments!

Yeah, 16 and 17 weren't great. Lots of bad things happening, people passing on and various other things :/
That map looks familiar, I think I tried to do a New Year picture in that map a couple of years ago, but I can't
remember xD Those pylons in the background look familiar

2016 was relentless with celebrity deaths, 2017 saw one tragedy after another, and both years had an unbearable political climate which I have tried my best to shut out. 2018 is looking better so far; hope this year's treating you well, too
The map is Manor Rooms (steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles⦠), one of the oldest maps, and the characters are standing on the roof of the building. I added the pylons and water tower myself to make the background less bland.

Ahh, wasn't what I was thinking then! The map I was thinking of was like a huge version of the Construct
combined with Flatgrass - very dark and filled with poles, pylons and different terrain for taking pictures. IΒ
was going to do a picture about Freddy setting a firework off and having it shoot up and towards the camera, but
couldn't get the model to co-operate xD
I've definitely seen that map before though - that's the TF2 Halloween manor, isn't it? Or it looks very similar to it

in to get it. I think I wanted something at night that was vaguely empty, so I'll see what I can do xD
