I would have to do some heavy modifying for it to be a iPad compatible. I'll try my best though.
The problem with iPad, is when you tilt it, the home screen tilts too, so I would have to accomodate that.

If you have an iPhone, you can hold
Your finger on the image until the save image icon appears
Then go into your photos and hit the export button. It's a box with an arrow. And hit set as background- home screen
