This 'ere is Zack Fair from the everlasting Final Fantasy VII!*SPOILER*
The picture is based off of the ending to Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core were Zack opens his eyes after death and looks up to see a sillouette and says 'Those wings... Give them to me too!' And is lifted from his resting spot and carried away to his final resting place.
