finally got around to finishing this. Basically tried a new humanoid look for Ratbat as in Bwu, he's a Builder so he can't fully move but mentions that he is a Recordicon while also having arms & wings so I tried adding some design qualities from Rumble/Frenzy to him, along with his previous looks like in War Within & IDW. Might fix some things in the future. Also plan on using it in the future for my own Beast universe stories
