I wrote the original text for a friend. I have my issues with being suicidal myself...sometimes i can push them away but there are those days when i have the feeling that i can't stand life and being myself any longer. Thats when i say to myself:..not today. do it tomorrow...

Until now it worked for me - i hope that it always will.

Maybe this mantra can help someone in need.
