And a self portrait. I havent drawn myself in a while so I figured I'd try.I'm actually pretty happy with the drawing itself but definitely not with the scan...BAD SCANNER BAD!
sigh, oh well. I tried 8 times and this was the best version.

Aw you are welcome. I have been working on some things but my satisfaction with how they turn out really determines if I post it on DA lol
I hold the work I see other artists do in such high regard, I end up feeling like my work is inadequate in one way or another. Make sense?

yep that makes perfect sense. I did the same thing, especially in my high school art classes which is one of the reasons I didn't go into art in college. Don't let what you see on this site, or anywhere for that matter, keep you from following your passion and excelling. Now get posting!

My scanner messes up all the time. I'll scan something three times at the same setting, and they all come out different.
