Yeah, I think she maybe went a bit overboard with all the people she killed...

yeah The deaths were necessary but I guess it was good that it was in the last book because then we wouldve had to go through a lot with out them

Judging by the cars and the fact that the deer are totally unafraid, I'd say it's a preserve in England, and they are probably Fallow deer(certainly don't look like the American whitetails or mule deer I see in my country). I'm not sure if deer hunting is legal at all in England, because the wildlife there is so scarce.
