Description
Conner is the most important dog of the S.C.O. He has the power to track gifted canines and talk to humans. Soon the headquarters of the S.C.O. found out about him and captured him against his will. He lost hope in ever seeing the sun from outside his cell again.He wears a shock collar and gets punished by the slightest misbehavior, that explains the rings underneath his eyes.
