Description
The first in a series of lionesses I drew with oil pastel.The color in this was meant to play on her heightened state of awareness. She's watching, alert.
Nothing escape's the queen's eyes.

I like this because the colors seem inverted. I think it better expresses her alertness because the colors are not loud, but vibrant. :3
