Description First, I need to talk about my dream! I had it several months ago.
My mom, sister, brother and I were walking down this street in a neighborhood, and houses were randomly showing up. It was a spring day and kind of cool, and the air was realy calm and still, I remember. We went into this large white house that looked like my cousin's old house, and we somehow knew it was a boarding house becuase we could see people kind of slippng around corners inside. We went to this door that was sort of under the stairs, and my sister knocked on it speaking "French", though it sounded a lot like Spanish . This person (Arthur Rimbaud) leaned around the corner of the wall near the door and opened it from there (from next to the door). We all went down to his house, and it was the basement but sunlight was coming through the windows. It was really white and clean, with a counter and a sitting room, and there wasn't much color at all. He started walking around with my sister, talking to her about the house I guess, and I was in the kitchen just looking around.
This drawing is of the part when he leaned around the wall to open the door. In my dream he had a narrow face with narrow eyes, really light brown hair you could almost see through, and he was really thin, with an eerie elongatedness to his limbs. He looked really angry or distrusting for most of the dream, and I guess that makes sense for Rimbaud. He was wearing one of those white thermal pajama shirts and some light-colored pants. They could have been black, though. So...that's it.
Hope you like it. I tried to make it look sort of blocky and bold, book-illustration-ish.
