The Depths of the sea can be veryΒ treacherous, leaving you exposed all kinds of unknown creatures unknown to the surface world, keeping your breath will be the least of your worries as our little Shinigami is finding out.----------------------------------------
Honestly, I just really wanted to draw Rukia in a Sukumizu again, it looks so good on her.
As for the peril, I figured a gaping maw of some plant/creature equipped with tentacles dragging her into the depths would work nicely.

I like to think after all the peril she keeps running into she decided on a vacation by the sea, but regardless of where perilous predicaments still persist and rather than spending her leisure time by the sea, she's spending most of her vacation inside a sea creature XD

I suppose that's a plus XD though the angler's teeth from before were more for show and keeping prey from swimming out of the mouth, not for damage, even real life equivalents swallow smaller fish whole.
