Backstory:

After being punched by Ashley because he was being framed for Penny's death, 9-Volt had decided that he'll show everyone his true nature, true colors, and what he's Capital of. ever since he got framed, Ashley always hated him. Normally at Home, School, WarioWare inc., and anywhere else, they always called him 9-Volt. But at Ashley's mansion, she calls him a "Monster", mostly because she believed that he was responsible for her (Being Penny's) Death. It wasn't until his Ex-Girlfriend Kat started to realize that he was coming by less and less, he'll argue and yell at his employees, And it would always look like he hasn't slept well, Or he's starting to have some terrible health issues. 4 months later, he'll be diagnosed with Bipolar, Temper Issues, Anxiety, And strangely, even Wendigo psychosis for some reason. since 5-Volt Being extremely paranoid for her and her son's safety, she barricaded him in his bedroom, And she'll continue to feed him day after day, week after week, and the cycle and routine would just continue. another 4 months later, he had beaten up Kat before brutally murdering her in front of her sister's eyes. he went from being really cute, to a whole different person. And he wasn't the same anymore.... 2 Months later, he went insane, And he had stopped talking to his parents and even 18-Volt. And he stopped showing up to school. there were rumors saying that he had killed his own cat, and removed its intestines, which were eaten shortly after, well that's just people making a bunch of gossips about him. One tomboyish girl named Lulu decided to come over to his house, just to check on him to see if he was okay, unaware of 5-Volt telling her not to, But she opened his bedroom door anyway. Only to get brutally attacked by him, ripping half of her hair off her scalp, scratching her entire face, ripping her stomach open, And doing a lot of damage. after cannibalizing her, he tried to attack his family, Only to be taken by the Diamond City Government (DCG) and was placed in a mental hospital. The mental facility's workers would always see him acting weird far away from his old self. he'll try and tear up the patted walls, his own straight jacket, in making inhuman animal noises. some of it includes barking, hissing, growling, roaring, and even sometimes snarling. this happens almost every night while the patients were trying to sleep, So they'll hear him making weird noises all throughout the entire night, It will sometime scare some of them to a point where they have insomnia and sleepless nights. 4 Weeks during a stay, he had brutally attacked and ate a nurse, biting her arm off, and doing other stuff in the like. After this incident, The other workers decided it would've been best to put a muzzle over his mouth to prevent him from attacking or biting the nurses, workers, The warden, Or even the patients.
