How to get the effect to work if the included .pmm doesn't do it for you:

1. Load the model
2. Load the SelfLotion.x accessory
3.Go to the VertexPosRT tab of MME, subset-extract Sketchpad - MME.pmx, apply SavePos.fx to Sketchpad - MME.pmx and subsets 0, 1, 11, and 12 (make sure the boxes are checked) prntscr.com/2l0qae
4. Go to the VertexPos_MaskRT tab of MME, and apply Mask.fx to the same areas listed above (again, making sure the boxes are checked) prntscr.com/2l0qf3
5. Hit apply, and if it doesn't show up at first try re-checking the subset boxes
