Happy Halloween partners!!I can't resist the idea of drawing Kitty as a little chibi witch in a super cute dress, so I did that!
Spend around 6 hours on it, mostly because couldn't decide the colors for the background, but here she is.
Isn't she scary? It's a rhetorical question, I know she is adorable.
