So yeah I have been modding and playing DR2 and OTR on PC a lot.Now Just to clear some things up about this pic.The Arthur armour Chuck is wearing is from the normal DR2.It is the unlockabke outfit.Well one of many.The protoman outfit is in OTR only.I modified Frank to be Chuck.So thats why Chuck is in cutscenes with the protoman outfit on.The megman outfit was converted and rigged from DR1 to OTR by the user Freako on the DR2/OTR PC Modding forums.So thats why Chuck is wearing the megaman outfit in OTR.Once again I modified Frank to be Chuck.Well thats all to say really.Chuck pulls all three outfits off well. XD Believe me modding these two games is the best thing you can do. Oh and as you can see I learned a new effect in photoshop to make it look like the images fade into each other.Anyway slap your comments and feedback like usual
