I'm not a big fan of this piece despite the fact it has gotten more attention than any other piece that I have posted on this site. I recommend checking out my more recent work. The insights are a little less trite (though I can only promise a little).

i love this; it really hits the nail on the head about pill addiction. ive been on and off pills since 9th grade, and im a senior now, and back on. addies, morphine, hydros, cor, anything to make it through the day. i remember i OD'ed on seroquel last year. i forgot what day it was. i had school the next day. i walked into class, and my friend said i looked empty; like a zombie. it took me five minutes to write out "i took seroquel". it was bad.
anywho, this picture, the words, really spoke to me. :]

I made that quite some time ago so I think I used "Paint". At that time i frequently used my scanner as a camera as I did for Pills. Being Sketchy is fun.

Ridiculously painful... my ex tried to OD on advil when we broke up. It was (obviously) one of the most traumatic moments of my life. Just reading the title of the deviation made me cringe. Please, love yourself. Love yourself enough to give yourself another chance again and again and again.

I tried to OD ion Advil once, but i was really just looking to feel sick more than anything more severe. If she was using advi (everyone has something stronger than that) it probably wasn't too serious so try not to let it hurt you too much. Life is hard, everyone tries to escape in someway whether its through drugs art or just trying to fit in. I'll get by, im too curious to let go now, plus theres a pretty man hugging me right now. I hope things are well with you and if you ever need to talk I'm here, sounds like you've had some rough times yourself. Moo.

Holy crap, May 22nd? My internet has been crappy lately, and every time I've actually managed to get a connection, DA has been read only... so this is the first time I've managed to get on in 3 weeks. I don't think we did have anything stronger, but I don't think about it much. Actually saw her the other day/spoke to her a little via email. She seems to be doing fairly well, as am I... life's pretty good - and I'm employed until October.
