I'm not sure if you are familiar with a Canadian artist named John Gould, but this portrait reminds me of his drawings. Nicely controlled shading and graphic use of colour – well done!

I absolutely love this. I'm not fond of quite a bit of his work, but he isactuyally quite intelligent (this was news for me) and I love how this shows that he is hardcore, but that doesn't make him ignorant to anything. Awesome.
