This is a pic I did as part of a secret santa and I got true_intha_blue on Instagram! In the list of stuff she said she liked were cafes, cats, and steampunk. So I asked the head of the secret santa if Blue liked The Cat Returns, she did, so I went ahead with my idea!Lots of refs used for pose and steampunk style.
