Sky Skimmer is a gen2 MLP Still one of my favorites from that generation, I like her design, simple yet elegant (in my opinion)
I made this as an example of how my gen2 approach ("inspired by") looks like, since I never posted any of them before.
I should have been thinking more about the pose thou, I think she might get put to sleep for dysfunctional legs

At first I intended to writer "shimmer" (I always said that too), but the backcard said "skimmer" so I thought I better write it as intended by Hasbro.

yea I also checked again the wabsides of my trust, when I noticed you wrote skimmer.
in german her name is Himmelsglider what means Sky Glider in english. I just checked what skimmer means in german. seems to have MANY meanings, but none of them really match to her or her cutiemark.

Strangely enough "skimmer" could work in Swedish, but I doubt they had Swedish in mind when they made the decision XD
From English to Swedish the word "skimmer" doesn't seem to give much that could relate to her either.

The pose and the legs look just find, nothing screams "dysfunctional" to me xD

I'd say if it's for writing sites it would be ok (credits expected).
