Hi everyone! I thought I would give you all a break from the Pellinge sunset shots and present yet another mushroom photo of mine. This one is the second shot in the Lightcatcher -series and is taken in the forests of Porvoo in Finland during the autumn of 2005. I removed a few light spots from the background, as I found them quite distracting and then added vignetting and the frame in PS.Hope you like it. Comments and critiques are welcomed.

What a wonderful title! Perhaps I can "steal" at some time for a title of a mushroom shot, of course, with referring to you. As you will perhaps know, finding titles can be a tricky business with many shots on dA.

I love it! This has great depth of field. The composition is quite eye-pleasing... with the mushroom being off to the right instead of right in the middle. Overall I love this!

I have never seen finer mushrooms than in your gallery, my friend. This photo is fantastic. The contrast between the mushroom and the background, the blur of the foreground, the slight coloration in the mushroom..there's so much to like about this picture.

For a mushroom, it's... really quite cute. Almost like a lil beach umbrella. I like its slight purple tone with the green-yellow of the grass.
