Muchas GRacias!!! ese efecto en realidad es una ilusion optica :3 ya que no hay ningun glow ni nada, el logo esta liso, es el fondo que tiene una leve difuminacion de claro a oscuro, y claro la luz sobre ellas, yq ue estan en un tono mas oscuro hacen que el logo se resalte :3
