SomaKun — Timcanpy sculpture

Description This is Timcanpi from the anime D.Gray-Man. For Timcanpi I used foil as armature and sculpted Aves Apoxie over it. I made the base out of castilene then molded it and cast it in plastic. After I put it all together, I hand painted it. I gave it a dark wash to give it a gritty look. I hope you like it ^_^

The whole thing stands at 7.5 inches tall. The wingspan is about 6 inches. The base measures at 7 inches long and 4.5 inches wide.

Sure didn't. It was a pretty simple sculpt. Dry time for the clay and the process of sculpting the base, molding then casting made up most of the time on this project.
