Acrylic, ballpoint, on canvas paper. 23x38.Tarot Card Project.
He rides a slow, enduring, heavy horse, to which his own aspect corresponds. He exhibits his symbol, but does not look therein. Divinatory Meanings: Utility, serviceableness, interest, responsibility, rectitude-all on the normal and external plane. Reversed: inertia, idleness, repose of that kind, stagnation; also placidity, discouragement, carelessness.

Thank you! I can't say that I'm creating a deck yet, I was just seriously inspired for a time by the levels of meaning in each card and wanted to try to unite them all in a legit painting. Though it is close to impossible, especially when comes to the Major Arcana.

i always thought the minor arcana would be more difficult, as there is so much meaning behind each card but there is less to work with than the major arcana...
