Spirit Day is an international event to raise awareness of bullying and help prevent it in all forms. The day was started in 2010 as a response to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender youth who took their lives due to bullying. To get involved, paint your avatar purple, show support for your fellow deviants, spread the word, and submit your artwork to the gallery below to honor Spirit Day!

So I decided to practice my furries by draw this c:

I have never been bullied for my sexuality, but I have been bullied for my weight, the way I look, and the way I am/act. For that I'm very insecure about my body. I hate how it looks, I wish I could look better so I can feel happy.

I have had some of my friends be bullied for their sexuality, thankfully none of them have thought to commit suicide. They were proud on who they are, and they've grown stronger. They have friends who love them for who they are.

All I got to say is, don't be afraid for being you. Be proud. You are you. And you have others who love you for being you. I know you're probably scared, thinking everyone will be mean to you. And there will be those ignorant little fucks. Just push them behind you, they mean nothing. Don't be ashamed of yourself. Don't think of yourself as some "fag" or "freak" or any of those other negative words. You are a human, you are equal to everyone else. Don't let them get to you.

Love is equal and is beautiful in any way.
