Well... I guess there is a "dark side" (humiliation, inverted pleasure, reverted transformation, see an once massive guy merciless) which for some people, me included, could find muscle theft/loss attractive...
If this could reassure you, I would think Som's muscle loss would be temporary so that in the end and in some way will manage to retrieve back his muscles, and deeply enjoying the process...
