Collin: "Fair, fair. …Well, if you're into getting in shape, you should look into nutrition. 'Cause with that in order, packing muscle's like, so easy. I think first thing you should look into is aminoacid balance. You know about that? Like, even some athletes dont' know, there's 21 different aminoacids that make up protein, but only 9 gotta come from diet. More important, if one of those is lacking in your meal, the protein you're getting outta it is less than you'd think, cause you're getting limited by the lacking aminoacid. Beef is limited in tryptophan, whey is limited in histidine, most grains are limited in lysine, so on. You might be an ectomorph like me, which means your diet's gotta focus on a good balance between fats and protein, rather than just protein. You should eat things rich in calories to make sure you don't get into a catabolic phase. Especially during breakfast, since morning is when your body is searching for calories the most. Something like bacon, omelettes, pancakes, beans, icecream... Oh, and bananas, they're very rich rich in potassium, which you'll need if you wanna avoid cramps. I found out a great morning snack is turkey strawberry jam sandwich, cereal with bananas and yogurt, and ham omelette. That's a good snack that should get you to warmups before you can have a heavier—"
