It's the OC from the series I'm doing for (btw, I'm still working on the next few parts, please hang tight!), Ruby Red Balloon!
Fun fact: her hair almost wasn't golden! I initially wanted it orange, but then changed my mind in favor of yellow. When I went to color over it, the remnants of the orange mixed with the yellow to create gold. I liked the look, so now she has golden hair!
