Spitfire from Air Gear, for a collab-thingie on Gaia which may or may not work out.. =x=; We're supposed to draw a chara from Air Gear "jumping in the air" .. =w=;

You see how innocent this guy's outfit, etc looks? =A= All nice and simple and stuff.. And then you try to draw it and find it has 3 goddamned MURDERERS.. First is his hair, which sticks out all over the freaking place. I always get it close to how its supposed to look, but never correct =A= And the randomness of the.. spikes.. is really annoying to do with a mouse.. And then, since I, and most people?, color hair according to its "flow" .. you just look at it and think, exactly how the hell are you gonna go about doing this..? ._. Though I guess when you start to color it, its not as hard as it looks =x=; Murderer number 2 is the fluff on his hood. Its fluff. Fluff is annoying to draw/color. =_=; Though I think his fluff turned out decent, even though it looks like.. dog fur or something =x=; 3rd and worst murderer is his goddamned AT's (his skates..). But most AT's are a bitch to draw anyways, which makes me wonder if Oh!Great likes torturing fanartists are something =x=;

Eeeehhh.... I fail at backgrounds so all you get is that ugly sky.. The beginnings of a building were in there too but it just looked like complete crap so I took it out.. =w=; Ehhh... Also made up the colors for his AT's kuz I was too lazy to look for color refs in the anime.. Though Im pretty sure theyre close enough =A=;

Manymany hours on openCanvas 1.1, background crappily made with Photoshop 6.0 (kuz I dont like 7.0 =x; ), also colors editted a bit in Photoshop..
